Long Run
I am often asked how long the long endurance in preparing for a marathon will actually be because of how many you should complete it and how often such may be on the program. As a lawyer I am, of course inclined to respond with an "it depends". When one here but the unfortunate Marathonschlurfer (target: Arrive) excludes, focusing on runners who actually run, are therefore clearly go under four hours, can the prevailing opinion summarized as follows:
