Cruising Places New York Gay

phantom pain

"Expect the unexpected" would say the Ami and so I got myself this week of a runny nose and a Wade hardened enjoy. Instead of refining the remoteness of the village in Ticino, light jogging was announced. Towards the end of the week I was able to take advantage of the niegelnagelneue Kunstoffbahn at least for a few improvements. Now, if already begun the last week before the marathon would be so one could easily dismiss jedwege ailments as phantom pain. As is known, tweaks and itchy it just before a competition to Koerperstellen, the presence of the owner has only the help of 360-degree mirrors were known.
Speaking Kunstoffbahn in Ticino. A truly noble part! Never (!) I'm running on such a great track. Soft, fast and with little rain wet. Ok, only four lanes because of the lack of space in the hilly-mountainous terrain. But that's enough indeed. And next to the latest Prunkstueck: a 50-meter swimming pool with geleinten tracks. THE new training tip for avid triathlete (Pfingsten!).

And NY? Lance still claims never longer than 13 miles to be run. But he did before this weekend, a 20-mile, even though the right just before the marathon. His goal is still SUB 3. What we would like to call
Schumi: "Adieu!" Or "chin up, it goes on!"
